My Brother’s Keeper
MBK at 115 is a male mentoring program for boys in grade 5. The program extends guidance and support for students who may benefit from having a mentor. An extension of the program is geared towards preparing our young men for middle school, along with introducing them to colleges and career readiness.

The goals of MBK at 115 are:

Community
Expose students to the value of teamwork and collaboration.
To strengthen students understanding of their role in their community.

Brotherhood
To build positive mentoring relationships within an atmosphere of openness in which meaningful communication and trust can exist.
To help students gain a greater appreciation for school and their academics.
To build students understanding of their heritage.

Self-worth
To improve student’s depiction of self -image and self -confidence.

Leadership
To assist students in defining the necessary steps needed to achieve person
