Principal’s Message
As the Principal of P.S 115, I am honored and humbled to serve our children, families and the larger community in District 18. Since my first days in 2018 at P.S 115, our staff worked tirelessly to take P.S 115 to the next level and we continue to work together to always work on improving and growing as a learning community. It is a true privilege to work with an amazing, dedicated cadre of educators. I am truly blessed to be given this opportunity to lead P.S 115.
As an educator, my core belief is to provide quality education and the best education our children deserve. Our goal will always be to close the opportunity gaps and we must work together hand in hand to provide the many experiences such as Ballroom Dancing, Tae Kwon Do, Arts, Music, Dance, Basketball, Step, Track and Field, Coding and Computer Science, Horticulture, drumming and many more. We must work toward having our children ready for the professional world and the nuanced expectations, and skill sets required for success. When children have a positive association with learning, we have ensured that we put our children on the road to success to become lifelong learners, and future leaders of tomorrow.
"The function of education is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically. Intelligence plus character- that is the goal of true education." Martin Luther King Jr.
I am proud to be an educator in NYC public school system serving our children and families each and every day. We will continue to strive toward Martin Luther King Jr's goal of true education.
